Global Salesforce Program Lead/ Architect

The Global Program Lead is responsible for building the Global Sales Roadmap for one of our clients subsidiaries. This will be done in close collaboration with the different regions. This individual will build the governance structure for the Global model, systemically and functionally and assist with regional configuration and deployment thereafter (the implementation roadmap). Additionally, this resource will partner with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service areas to assist with streamlining CRM. Where possible and where it makes sense, driving convergence towards a global model.
Technical/Functional Responsibilities
Leads the organization in developing a Global instance of SFDC and Governance Structure
Participates in the development of technical and functional specifications
Selects a global partner for configuration, deployment and support
Configures SFDC to the defined specifications
Designs and maintains technical documentation and is able to cross train the technical team
Supports the Global SFDC environment, troubleshoots issues, manages security and Licensing
Leads the testing required for SFDC updates/releases
Process Responsibilities
Is a core contributor in defining the Sales/Marketing/Customer Service CRM vision
Assists in the definition of the master data clean-up process
Assists with the development of functional documentation
Project Management
Has the ability to Project manage SFDC implementations, in whole or in part
Has the ability to manage vendors, and implementation contractors as required
Is able to build and manage to a detailed Project Plan and associated Project materials
Is able to identify required resources and outline their required time on the project
Is able to troubleshoot IT and Business Process issues
Delivers Projects, Activities and Deliverables on time and on budget
Strong People management Skills
Strong Change management Skills
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or associated field
experience is a must
Experience in Information Technology as it pertains to CRM
Effective communication skills, strong organizational skills / strong analytical ability
Can bridge the gap from Business Process to IT solutions
Can lead and work well in cross-functional teams
Has experience in an industrial environment
